| 120 g | Okonomiyaki powder |
| 120 ml | Water |
| 200 g | Cabbage |
| 4 slices | Pork ribs |
| 2 slices | processed cheese |
| 20 g | spring onion |
| 50 g | Chinese Chive |
Okonomiyaki - Japanese Cabbage Pancake
Okonomiyaki is a very famous Japanese dish, which is originally from Osaka.

These are the ingredients necessary. Depending on your preference, you can add red
pickled ginger or other ingredients.

Mix Okonomiyaki Powder and water very well. Add an egg to mix all.

Add cabbage and spring onion.

Add Chinese chive.

Mix all until all the ingredients are coated.

Fry it on a heated pan, with a lot of oil, over strong fire.

Add pork rib on top.
Flip it upside down when the bottom is fried enough.

Add source and mayonnaise on top of the ready Okonomiyaki.
You could also add sea food and red pickled ginger to the Okonomiyaki. Enjoy your meal!
